On 30 January 2026, Minister for Education Mr Desmond Lee visited the National University of Singapore, where he was introduced to ScholAIstic, AICET’s AI-powered learning platform. During the session, students and faculty shared how the platform is transforming teaching and learning across the university. Mr Lee also tried out the platform firsthand, experiencing how students engage with the platform.
ScholAIstic enables educators to design structured AI interactions where students can practise high-stakes conversations in a safe environment. Use cases include social work client interviews, courtroom cross-examinations, and clinical consultations. Since its launch in Academic Year 24/25, the platform has been adopted across 10 faculties and schools, supporting over 20 courses and more than 1,700 students.
By putting educators in control of how AI behaves, ScholAIstic scales authentic practice and personalised feedback, equipping students with the professional and interpersonal skills needed for the future workplace.
