AICET’s SoftMark Team was honoured to receive an appreciation plaque from Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Secondary School (KCPSS) at the HOPE: Honouring Our Partners event on 19 October 2024. This award recognises the significant contributions of the SoftMark Team in improving the efficiency of their teachers.
SoftMark is an innovative platform that digitises exam scripts, enabling concurrent online marking by teams of teachers anytime, anywhere.
Mrs. Dorothy Goh, the Head of the Science Department, has been our key collaborator. She attended AICET’s Learning Journey on 10 January and decided to implement SoftMark at her school. After which, the SoftMark team conducted two training sessions: one focused on online marking for teachers and another for coordinators to set up the exam scripts for grading. After a successful trial with the Secondary 2 Weighted Assessment 3, we proceeded to implement SoftMark for the entire Secondary 2 End-of-Year Exam in Science.
This partnership has played a crucial role in supporting the school’s drive to embrace AI in their teaching practice.
AICET looks forward to continuing this successful collaboration to further enhance education through technology.
