On 11 Mar 2025, a delegation from the Innovation Wing of Hong Kong University (HKU) visited the AI Center of Educational Technologies (AICET) at NUS. The delegation, consisting of 2 faculty members and 16 undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds, including Rwanda, Scotland, Bolivia, India, China, and Hong Kong, engaged in a series of insightful discussions.
The session featured talks by A/P Ben Leong, Director/AICET, and Dr. Prabhu, Director/CCSGP. Prof. Ben shared the mission of AICET and introduced five innovative products developed by his team, which have garnered active user engagement. Dr. Prabhu spoke about the formation of the Centre for Computing for Social Good and Philanthropy (CCSGP), founded by A/P Ben, and highlighted the growing importance of learners contributing to society by applying the skills they have developed.
The event demonstrated the global appeal and impact of both AICET and CCSGP’s initiatives.
