On Tuesday, 21 October 2025, the Rector of the University of Information Technology (UIT), Dr. Saw Sanda Aye, visited the National University of Singapore (NUS) to learn about AICET’s initiatives in AI in Education. Following the visit, she expressed strong interest in collaboration, and UIT will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AICET.
During the visit, AICET’s Director, Assoc Prof. Ben Leong, hosted her for dinner at NUSS The Scholar and invited several Myanmar undergraduate students to meet with her.
